Registration

You will be able to access most areas of this website without registering your details with us. However, some areas of this website are only open to you if you register.

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) or EUROS (EUR).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

You are responsible for any import duty your country may levy on your purchase.

Buying From Us

As part of our checkout process you have opportunity to review your order and to correct any errors. Once you have paid, we will email you an order confirmation detailing the particulars of your purchase. Please read this email carefully and let us know immediately if any details are incorrect. If you do not receive your order confirmation email please let us know as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order:

  • where goods are not available;
  • where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
  • if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
  • if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions
  • If we refuse or cancel your order, we will advise you within 2 business days and refund any money you have paid.

Payments

Full payment is required before we process an order. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

Stock footage, stock photography, and artwork sales are final, so please choose carefully. We provide free watermarked previews (“comps”) for you to review before you decide on your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if we shipped you the wrong item, please return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. Let us know about the problem within 7 days of receipt, and no returns will be accepted without prior contact and agreement. Refunds are given at our discretion.

Claims for non-delivery cannot be accepted unless we are notified within 30 days of the dispatch date. If your package is returned to us as ‘non-deliverable’ we will charge you the postage cost to re-send the package to you.
